Argumentation based from what i have read so far, is any Oral or Written form of communication based on premises, in this type of communication what is to be established is that your line of reasoning and thinking must be coherently logical and factual as to give weight and prevalence over the opposition's line of thought to be able to come into an end or conclusion.Argumentation can be used in all aspects in Life, and preferably in the study of Law wherein Argumentation is used in the actual practice of the Profession itself. Premises as a basis is grounded on the Universal Knowledge most dominantly social knowledge and political in nature as it should engender the public's interest. Thus, Argumentation should be a form of Art that could catch the ears and the eyes of the public.Argumentation as used in the Law profession is a skill yet to be polished or should be polisheed to be able to establish a strong case once a counsel or an attorney presents their argument in court. The Validity of the evidences are not sufficient enough to establish Logical Argument to help the judge come up with a decision on your favor.Argumentation as used by Law Students, in our young minds, helps improve our critical thinking, reasoned decision-making, research strategies, advocacy skills, presentation of constructive arguments, and refutation of the opponents' argument. as we are trained to become a follower not a mediocre. Thus, we have the drive to research and and explore issues relevant to our own beleifs and reasoning of the arguments presented. Argumentation requires presence and active participation and one way to start it is to actively participate in class discussions as a training ground. Argumentation is not only limited in refuting the oponnents but is also another way or the best way to gain knowledge as how the topic works and is reflected in reality. Nevertheless did we know that a new leader is found and new formulas are created while listening and carefully thinking and watching an argument.
